How do I get started?

How long will it take?
I can complete most requests within an hour. I will send you an email with a completion time and a verification of the project. If you need help after business hours (after 5PM CST Tuesday-Thursday) please DM me on Twitter.
What information do you need?
I will ask for login information for your website or newsletter. If I am working on your website, I will also ask for hosting information.

What trades aren't allowed?
Services that typically take longer than an hour to solve are not supported by this trade.
Custom design is not covered by the tech support trade. You may request minor tweaks like a menu bar edit, a link color change, or a fix of a broken design (for example a menu bar not working on mobile).
Web site redesigns, custom page designs, image design, design critiques, WordPress migrations, hosting migrations, and logo design are also not covered by this trade.
